Nathan and Karen moved to Mumbai & Powai in 2012 to pursue aspirational careers. Little did they know then of God’s call on their lives and the purposes He had in brining them to Powai. Nathan & Karen, being so impacted by the Gospel, have chosen to prioritise proclaiming it to many others and to disciple others into Jesus’ likeness. They both completed their Christian Leadership Course from the Antioch Training Centre of Gateway Ministries International before taking on Ministry Leadership Roles.

Nathan is a Human Resources Expert and a Production Engineer. He last served as an HR Leader in an Oil & Gas organization in Powai, Mumbai. Alongside leading Your Neighbourhood Church, Nathan is an HR consultant to organizations. He’s a certified Coach (ICF) and coaches Executives, Leaders and people keen on realising their potential.

Karen is an Electronics & Communication Engineer, with deep experience in the function of Quality Assurance with large IT organizations. She served as a Project Manager at a research facility at IIT Bombay. She’s currently pursuing her Montessori Teaching training and looks to be equipped to impact the lives of young children. Karen’s also a trained counsellor.

Nathan & Karen love each other and love nurturing their daughter. They love God, love People and love Powai. They consider it as God’s grace and a privilege to lead Your Neighbourhood Church alongside the many leaders God has raised in the church.
